I have created websites for private individuals, commercial organisations and governmental bodies, hand coding to reduce page bloating.

I have actively conducted beta testing for Microsoft products including several versions of Office and Windows operating systems and have logged valid bugs with both.

For support work I concentrate on Microsoft Windows operating systems, mainly on desktops where my experience and analytic skills often yield dividends where other engineers have failed to ascertain the issue but I have set up and/or maintained Active Directory domains, remote deployment tools such as RIS/WDS, SMS 2003, done packaging work, data recovery etc.
